Here’s some food for thought for today…
- Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at Claridge’s loses its only Michelin star. Dude’s not having a good time of it lately, eh?
- Weight issues from around the world. Guess who is most likely to blame Americans for their obesity?
- I love it when I’m right – this piece mostly reads like a promo for Stella Artois, but it proves the point that beer and chocolate do go together.
- Ketchup on a burger? Heathens!
- A pasteurized camembert cheese. No, really, and apparently it’s pretty good.
- The great wall of chocolate.
- Okay, it’s got a touch of OCD to it, but really, there’s nothing as wonderful as an organized pantry.
- What’s in your fast food really? A list of the top 10 ingredients, none of which are meat, bread or vegetables.
- 13 dishes from around the world that you can (ostensibly) make at home, although as far as I know nobody makes moon cakes at home.
- And finally, all you charcuterie-loving meat freaks, get over yourselves – sustainable or not (and most of it isn’t), it’s still meat, with all the bad environmental and health issues associated with it.
